Fifteen Twelve Salon is looking for a Salon Assistant Operations Manager with room to grow within our team.
We’re a boutique, high-end salon built on great hair, exceptional service, and a supportive, collaborative environment. In this role, you’ll help oversee day-to-day operations, support our front desk team, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure every client experience runs seamlessly.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and passionate about delivering an elevated client experience. Experience with salon systems, retail, or operations is an asset.
