I will be taking part in this wonderful fundraiser that is seeking to raise money for St. Joe's and their new emergency room plans.

St. Joe's has saved Naomi's life NOT ONCE BUT TWICE! I am eternally grateful to them for that alone. Now, they've had my dad a few times over the past 3 months and despite the lack of space, modern equipment, etc- they've provided excellent patient focused care to him and have done more for him in the 1-2 week stretches that he's been there than the other hospital he stayed at did in 5 months. That's not to knock anyone because every person had their role.. but St. Joe's has excelled in my eyes time and time again.

My dad is currently there again now since Sunday early afternoon and unfortunately because the emergency department doesn't have access to G tube pumps he has been starving for 4 days because he cannot get a room up on the floor yet 😣😣😣 But I'm hoping with improved funding they can implement G-ube feeding equipment in the emergency department for patients that get admitted but don't have access to a bed for days on end.
