I worked at a wellness retreat hosted by and got to partake in the activities. One of the wonderful things was a daily journal. This is a page from mine and it makes me feel really good.

These feelings really stuck out for me the whole weekend. Such an abundance of gratefulness, acceptance, and thoughtfulness.

Caring for others is a big part of what keeps me motivated every day. When I care for others, it fills my soul.

Teaching is going great 🥳. I wish I could bring Walter with me. He’s my partner in crime.
