There was a time in my life when I couldn’t recognize the woman in the mirror.
I avoided pictures. I wore loose tops every day.
I lived in a body that didn’t feel like mine anymore.
And for years, I thought the answer was another diet 😮💨 keto, low carb, cutting everything I loved and starting over every Monday.

Brunch date vibes ☕🥞
There was a time when going out for brunch used to stress me out.
I’d look up the menu ahead of time, try to “save calories,” and feel guilty for ordering anything that wasn’t “clean.”
I thought if I wanted results, I had to be perfect all the time. No pancakes, no French toast, no fun.
But here’s what I’ve learned over the years. You really don’t have to live in restriction and hide in your home to make progress.
Now, I plan, I stay consistent, and when it’s brunch time I definitely enjoy it.
Here’s the thing one meal won’t derail your goals. It’s the habits you keep most of the time that truly matter.
So today, I had brunch at a yummy restaurant, I enjoyed every bite, and didn’t once feel guilty about it.
That’s progress 👏👏
