Most people don’t realize this…

Lip blush is not supposed to look bold or “done.”

When the right colour is chosen for your skin tone and natural lip colour, it heals soft, sheer, and incredibly natural — like your lips on their best day.

The goal isn’t lipstick.
It’s balance, definition, and a little life back in your lips.

If you’ve been hesitant because you’re scared of it looking too much… you’re not alone.
That’s exactly why I keep my results subtle and tailored to you.

Her reaction today really stayed with me and reminded me that it’s never really just about beautiful brows.

When you’ve spent years feeling unhappy with something you see every single day in the mirror, finally feeling GOOD again can be emotional.

This is why I’ll always believe permanent makeup is about more than brows. It’s about confidence, self-image, and feeling beautiful in your own skin.

In this case it was Nano brows done softly and naturally for mature skin.

DM me “BROWS INFO” if you’re interested in learning more about permanent brows.

In a world obsessed with more… this is your reminder to do less.

There’s so much pressure to add more.
More makeup. More definition. More “perfection.”

But most women I meet don’t actually want more.
They want to feel like themselves again, just a little more put together.

Soft, healed powder brows aren’t about changing your face.
They’re about removing the daily pressure to fix it.

This is for the woman who’s done overthinking her reflection.

If you love eyeliner…
But don’t want it super sharp and defined every day, this is the in-between.

Not a full classic liner,
Not as minimal as a lash enhancement.
Just something soft, a little smoky, with a tiny wing.

It still looks like eyeliner,
But a bit more diffused and effortless.

If you’ve been going back and forth on which style to choose, this might be the answer.

Message me anytime if you want help deciding.

I get this question all the time:

“Is summer actually a good time for permanent makeup?”

And honestly, it’s not about the season.

It’s about how you heal.

Summer, winter, spring… your results come down to how you take care of the area in those first days after your appointment.

That said, summer does come with a few things to be a little more mindful of:

• Sun exposure
Keeping the area protected in the beginning is key, especially if you’re spending time outside. A hat goes a long way, and SPF becomes part of your routine once you’re healed.

• Water and swimming
You don’t have to cancel your plans, just avoid soaking the area while it’s healing.

• Heat and sweating
For the first few days, it’s best to take it easy. After that, you can ease back into your normal routine.

And something most people don’t expect:

Lip blush can actually heal beautifully in the summer. Lips tend to be more hydrated, which can support smoother results.

So if you’ve been waiting for the perfect time, you don’t need to.

Summer works. You just want to go into it prepared.

And once everything is healed?

You can enjoy your days out, vacations, and warm weather without constantly thinking about your makeup. Everything will still look soft, natural, and put-together, just with a lot less effort behind it ☀️

If you’re unsure about timing or planning around your schedule, feel free to message me. I’ll guide you through it 🤍

Oily skin doesn’t automatically mean “no” to nano brows, but it does mean we need to be thoughtful 🤍

This client had oilier skin, but the brow area itself was clear and suitable for nano. That made all the difference.

With this skin type, strokes won’t heal as crisp. They soften slightly over time.
But when the right client and technique come together, the result is still soft, natural, and flattering.

Every face is different, which is why I always assess things like skin texture, pore size, and overall brow condition before recommending a service.

There’s no one size fits all here, and that’s a good thing.

If you’re unsure what your skin is suited for, feel free to DM me 🤍 I’ll always give you honest guidance.

Perfect brows sound great in theory. But your face is not perfectly symmetrical, and it is definitely not perfectly still.

Almost every face has natural asymmetry. One brow may sit higher on the brow bone, one eye may open more, or one side of the forehead may be more active. Because of this, achieving perfectly symmetrical eyebrows is not always realistic, especially once your facial muscles move.

When your face is still, brows can look very even. But as soon as you open your eyes or change expression, muscle movement shifts everything. One brow may lift more, and the symmetry changes.

In some cases, a brow naturally sits differently on the brow bone. To force perfect symmetry, something has to give. This often means lowering one brow, removing more natural hair, or placing the shape in a position that fights your anatomy. That can turn something low maintenance into ongoing maintenance.

Instead, I design brows to look balanced with movement. The goal is not frozen symmetry. The goal is natural harmony that works with your face in real life.

If you want more symmetrical brows but are not sure what is actually possible, send me a message. I am happy to guide you.

Not every brow is suited for just one technique.

This is what we call combo brows, a blend designed to look balanced.

With this client we chose combo brows for a reason.

Her natural brows sat very close together and angled downward, so instead of adding more structure to the front, we kept it soft with wispy hair strokes.

Then we added gentle shading through the body and tail to create balance and fullness without drawing attention to the front.

Because the goal isn’t to fit you into a specific style,
it’s to create something that looks like you, just more complete

“It looks so intense… how long until it softens?”

That’s usually the first thought when clients see their lips right after their appointment.

They look in the mirror, taking it in for a moment. The colour feels bold. The lips look more defined. It is different from what they are used to seeing.

And then I remind them, this is just the first stage.

Over the next few days, everything begins to settle. The colour softens. The lips return to their natural texture. What felt bold starts to look balanced and effortless.

By the time they are healed, the reaction shifts. It feels natural. Easy. Like their lips, just enhanced.

The photos in this post show that full transition. Before, immediately after, and healed from one session, before any touch-up.

If the initial intensity has been holding you back, just know it only lasts a few days before the colour softens into a more natural result.

Send a message with “LIPS INFO” if you want to learn more or see if this is right for you.

Sometimes our bodies remind us to slow down.

Working in permanent makeup means hours of very precise, repetitive movement. Recently, my arm has been dealing with some inflammation from overuse, so I am taking a short recovery break this week to allow it to properly heal.

For me, the most important thing has always been making sure every client receives my full focus, a steady hand, and careful attention to detail. Your face deserves nothing less.

This does mean a few appointments will be moving slightly, and new bookings will now begin in June.

I will be honest. I care deeply about my clients, and it is never easy for me to say I cannot take someone as soon as they would like. Making people wait is something I genuinely struggle with. But when it comes to permanent makeup, something that stays with you for years, choosing the right artist is always more important than choosing the fastest appointment.

To everyone who has been so kind and understanding while rescheduling, thank you. Your trust truly means the world to me.

I will be back very soon, healed and excited to create more beautiful, natural results.

If you have been thinking about brows, eyeliner, or lip blush for summer, June bookings are now open.

Healed Lip Blush Results After Just 1 Session

We often see the immediately after lip blush photos,
You know, the bright, juicy, swollen look.
But what really matters is how it heals.

Here’s a peek at what lip blush looks like after 1 session (with only minor touch-ups needed)

✨ Softer colour
✨ More even tone
✨ Defined shape (without overlining)
✨ A flush of tint that lasts

Most of these healed to a shade or two deeper than the client’s natural lip but still look effortless and totally natural. That’s the goal.

If you’ve ever felt like your lips looked pale, uneven, or undefined…
Lip blush might be the low-maintenance confidence boost you’ve been looking for 💗
