Finally! We are so excited for Calm Heart’s Grand Opening- Pilates- Reformer- Yoga- Barre - fitness studio! Doors open at 4 pm for all members and for the community to visit the newest Fitness Studio in North York. Regular scheduled classes begin at 4:30 pm. There will be refreshments, prizes and of course a one day only membership promo to take advantage of. Morning classes have been canceled - we apologize for any inconvenience.
