Knee pain making stairs, squats, or everyday movement feel harder? 👀
Here are 5 exercises we may use when working with patellofemoral knee pain:
🦵 Step-downs
🦶 Tibialis raises
🧱 Wall sits
🏋️ Banded knee squats
🚶 Backward treadmill walking
They’re all about building strength, control, and tolerance around the knee.
And remember: the best exercise plan is the one that matches your knee, your symptoms, and your goals.

Inside a neck stiffness treatment session 👀
From assessment to hands-on treatment, here’s a look at how we work with a patient experiencing restricted neck movement.
Treatment is always based on what we find and what the patient needs.
Wait till the end to see the difference! 👀
Knee pain can make everyday movements feel harder than they should 🦵
The right rehab approach is not just about reducing discomfort. It’s about rebuilding strength, mobility, and confidence so your knee can handle the activities you enjoy.
Knee rehab is different for everyone, which is why exercises should be based on your movement, goals, and recovery stage.
If knee pain is limiting your daily life, book an assessment and let’s create a plan that fits you. 🌱
Patient: "One more?"
Physio: "Yep... just one."
Also physio: 5 more reps. 😅
There's always a reason for those extra reps, they're helping you get stronger, one rep at a time.
Tag someone who's definitely heard "just one more." 👇

Say hello to Dr. Vanita Bali, our Chiropractor and Head Clinician.
With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Bali has helped patients through everything from post-natal recovery and rehabilitation to musculoskeletal injuries and acupuncture.
Her philosophy is simple: no two patients are alike, so no two treatment plans should be either.
She takes the time to understand your story and combines a range of treatment approaches to help you achieve your goals, not just short-term relief.
Around the clinic, she's also known for one unforgettable coaching cue:
💪 "Make sure you SQUEEZE YOUR GLUTES!"
If your shoulder feels stiff every time you reach overhead, lift something, or exercise, it might need more than just a quick stretch.
These are three shoulder exercises we often recommend to improve mobility and build the strength needed for better movement:
• Pendulum exercise
• Scapular push-ups
• Prone Y-raises
Healthy shoulders rely on good mobility, strong supporting muscles, and proper movement patterns, not just flexibility.
Keep in mind that every shoulder is different. If pain or limited movement is sticking around, it's worth getting assessed so your rehab matches your specific needs.

There’s no greater compliment than being trusted with the care of multiple generations of a family. 💙
A huge thank you to GR for sharing their experience:
“I have been coming here for 20 years, including my family members, for different pains. This is my go-to place. I have been treated by Rani, Deepa, and Dr. Bali. They are all professionals and always look out for their patients. Crystal is a great massage therapist too. The front desk is exceptional and always helpful.”
We’re incredibly grateful to have supported GR and their family over the years. Thank you for continuing to trust the entire Body Works Physiotherapy team with your care. 🙏
Every week is a new adventure in the clinic. 😅
Strong shoulder movement starts with strong shoulder blades.
These exercises target your scapular retractors, helping improve shoulder blade control, posture, and overall shoulder function.
Better scapular control means better movement, whether you're reaching overhead, lifting, or staying active.
Save this for your next upper body workout! 💪
We’ve got you. From rehab exercises to hands-on care, our team helps you feel better and move better—without the guesswork.
