My hair loss journey began when I was 19, a time when all I wanted to do was be out hanging with friends. I found myself experimenting with different hairstyles to disguise my thinning hair and ofcourse, wearing lots of different hats. 🎩

By 21, I made the big decision to shave it all off and I mean to the scalp. 😭 I felt I had no other choice. My dreams of running my fingers through my hair while walking out of the pool were crushed. 😆

Fast forward to 2018, I heard about SMP and researching more about it, thought this may be the answer.💡 One year later I took the course and got SMP myself. The confidence I felt after the first session was immediate.

I can't turn back time to when I was 19 and feeling helpless about losing my own hair, but it feels good knowing I can help others who are struggling with hair loss.
