dbk Salon is growing, and we’re looking for a polished, detail-oriented Salon Coordinator to join our York Mills location.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and loves delivering an elevated guest experience from the moment they walk through the door.

What you’ll do:
• Be the first impression of dbk—warm, professional, and welcoming
• Manage bookings with precision and efficiency
• Support stylists and keep the day flowing seamlessly
• Handle guest inquiries, rebooking, and retail recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, luxury front-of-house environment

What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• A calm, solution-focused mindset under pressure
• Passion for hospitality, beauty, and client experience
• Previous salon or customer service experience is a plus
