Not posted: Tons and tons of cousin bonding time 😍 Nana and Granddad time + Aunties and Uncles and many more friends.

I won’t lie, travelling across the ocean into a different time zone with two small humans isn’t easy but our cups are full of love from the people there ❤️

Until next time London … ✌️

Pregnancy headaches can feel like one more thing on an already full plate - especially when they’re happening often.

And while yes, they can be common, that doesn’t mean you should just tough it out.

Hormones, posture shifts, poor sleep, jaw tension, stress… there are so many reasons headaches may show up in pregnancy.

The good news? There are also things that might actually help.

I always recommend letting your provider know so they have your entire health picture. Consider looping in alternative health care providers like naturopathic doctors, massage therapists, physios/chiros or acupuncturists 💛

✨ And tell me in the comments - did you experience headaches during pregnancy? What helped? What didn’t? 👇

🎉 IT’S MY BIRTHING DAY WEEK! 🎉

And as a gift to you all, I’m offering 50% OFF my signature program “The First 6 Weeks: Postpartum Movement and Recovery Guide”

Why? I want you to have acceess to this type of support and be able to approach postpartum confident that you have the tools to wade through these tender weeks and months.

When I was preparing for my first birth I spent SO much time planning for the birth. I read every book I could find. I prepared for every scenario. I practiced comfort measures, breathing techniques and hired doula support.

Sound familiar?

I barely thought about postpartum or how I was going to support my body through the healing process. Boy did I learn my lesson.

When it came to my second birth, I wasn’t going to make that mistake again.

So, I created a 6 week movement and recovery program that progressed me slowly and gradually through those early weeks. It contained simple movements and exercises I could do daily, that supported my body as it healed, that were safe and appropriate for the early weeks.

I printed it out, pasted it in my wall and followed it to a tee. I then beta tested it with a bunch of folks before putting it out on the market and I want you to have access to it!!!

Until June 29th, it is on sale for 50% off!

✨ What you get in The First 6 Weeks:

⚡️Complete 6-week movement recovery program
⚡️3 distinct healing phases with prescribed activity suggestions
⚡️Video exercise demonstrations
Printable weekly trackers
⚡️3 comprehensive postpartum prep modules
🔥BONUS: Pelvic floor physiotherapist interview
🔥BONUS: Infant massage tutorial
🔥BONUS: C-section scar massage guide

As one participant said: “The postpartum time is so uncertain... This course allows you to move in a way that feels safe and prescribed without being overwhelming.”

Usually $147, now just $73.50 until June 29th at 11:59pm!

Your postpartum recovery deserves a plan, not more confusion 💕

Yes, your provider brings years of education and clinical experience.

Yes, their insights are valuable.

And yes - you still get to decide what happens to your body.

True support isn’t conditional. It doesn’t disappear the moment you choose differently. Your provider is still responsible for offering safe, compassionate care - even if you decline an intervention, ask more questions, or need time to decide.

This isn’t about being difficult. It’s about being human. Your birth doesn’t need to be justified to anyone.

At the end of the day remember.

You are the decision-maker.
Not the bystander.
Not the exception.
Not the problem.

You don’t have to earn respect, autonomy, or care. You are already worthy of it.

Early labour can be long. Like… reeeeally long. And while it’s tempting to go full-throttle birth mode the second contractions start, pacing yourself is key.

Here’s how to support your body, your baby, and your nervous system through it:

✨ Balance rest with upright movement (walks are your friend, but not all day!)

✨ Cuddles, kisses, and sexy time (if that feels remotely possible!)

✨ Safe, consensual touch to help you feel grounded

✨ Eat nourishing foods + make sure to hydrated

✨ Consider baby’s position - reach out if you want support with this, I’ve got loads of tools up my sleeve!

✨ Protect your space: only have people around you who help you feel calm and safe

✨ And maybe most importantly—distract yourself. Watch a movie, bake something, do a craft. Anything that helps time pass without hyper-focusing on every sensation.

While early labour can feel exhausting and frustrating remember, your body is doing incredible work—even if it doesn’t feel like it yet. 💛

Bonus tip for all those birth partners out there. Try to stay positive and keep morale high. Remind yourself and especially the birther, that birth can take time. Welcome birth in.

✨ Introducing ‘Confidence in Birth’ - my comprehensive childbirth education course! ✨

What Makes this Course Different?

As a Doula, RMT, and Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, I offer a comprehensive approach to birth preparation - seamlessly blending evidence-based education with practical tools that address both physical readiness and mental resilience.

You’ll gain far more than textbook knowledge—you’ll leave equipped with:

→ Physical preparation techniques to optimize your body for birth

→ Powerful mental and emotional strategies to navigate labour’s intensity

→ Practical advocacy tools and scripts for your support person

→ Evidence based information empowering you to be an active decision maker in your birth.

BONUS: I’ve arranged for a specialized pelvic floor physiotherapist to lead a dedicated session on effective pushing techniques and strategies to minimize tearing and protect your perineum!

Over 4 live weekly sessions (starting May 26th), we’ll bridge the gap between intuition and evidence-based knowledge so you can feel CONFIDENT going into birth.

My teaching philosophy centers on empowerment through understanding. I believe that when expectant parents truly comprehend the physiology of birth, gain practical tools for their bodies, and prepare their support team effectively, they can approach birth with confidence rather than fear.

This course is informed by both academic research and real-world birth experiences, creating a learning environment where evidence and intuition have the opportunity to co-exist together.

I’m committed to helping you discover your own wisdom while providing the solid foundation of knowledge you need for an informed and empowered birth.

This isn’t pre-recorded content — it’s a live, interactive experience where your questions matter and you’ll connect with other parents due around the same time.

$300+HST includes your birth partner.

There’s nothing quite like that first time ✨

What if you walked into a gym space where you felt welcomed, supported, and encouraged to challenge yourself—without pressure, judgment, or unrealistic expectations?

That’s exactly what you’ll find in this small group strength training class.

Over an 8 week session, you’ll learn how to deadlift, squat, and press with proper form, progressively increasing the weights through structured strength training that meets you where you’re at.

These classes focus on moving well, lifting heavy, and knowing your body is strong enough to handle whatever life throws at you.

Classes are small (6-8 people), so you get the attention and coaching you need to build confidence in your lifts. Plus you might make a few new friends along the way.

Next session starts March 17th

📍 St Clair West, Toronto
📆 3 class times to choose from
💰 $175 + HST
💡 No experience required - experienced lifters welcome!
