In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the most profound remedies are often found right in your kitchen. Food is not just sustenance; it is a gentle, daily alignment for the body.
Here are three simple, time-tested ingredients to restore balance:
🍯Honey: Deeply nourishing and moistening. It is highly effective for relieving dry-stool constipation and gently soothing abdominal cramps.
🫖Chrysanthemum Tea: A cooling herb perfect for dispersing “liver fire.” Reach for it to ease tension headaches, quiet stress, and soothe red, tired eyes.
🫘Mung Beans: Excellent for clearing interior heat. Traditionally cooked into a simple congee, they are a perfect summer staple to cool and balance the body from the inside out.
Small, intentional adjustments to what we consume can transform how we feel.

When your feet don’t align, it’s often a sign that the pelvic joints are rotated.
By addressing the root structural imbalances, the body finds its way back into symmetry✨
Please note: Treatment plans and the sequence of manipulations vary by practitioner. This specific order reflects this therapist’s clinical approach, but other professionals may follow a different progression based on their methodology and your unique needs.
Disclaimer: Individual results may vary. Outcomes depend on each patient’s unique structural condition, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.

In TCM, food isn’t just fuel—it’s therapy. Every ingredient has a specific temperature, flavor, and direction it travels in the body to help bring you back into balance.
For Part 1 of our Superfoods series, we’re breaking down 4 everyday essentials you probably already have at home:
🫚 Ginger: Perfect for descending stomach Qi (great for morning sickness or nausea) and inducing sweat to kick a cold at its initial stage.
🍒 Goji Berries: Famous for tonifying the kidneys and liver, nourishing the eyes, and helping with dryness.
💧 Warm Water: A universal TCM truth—good for practically any situation to support your digestive fire.
🪵 Cinnamon: Enters the kidney channels to help dispel cold, making it excellent if you experience cold pain in your lower back or lower abdomen.

While the marks look intense, the treatment itself shouldn’t feel like torture—just deep, localized pressure. The redness usually fades entirely within 2 to 4 days.
Have you ever tried traditional body Gua Sha, or does the bruising scare you off?
We see it in the clinic every single day—everyone has that one stubborn area that completely throws off their week.
While we love a fun bracket, living with chronic discomfort isn’t a game. Whether it’s a stubborn neck ache from your desk setup or sharp sciatica flare-ups, all of these conditions are manageable.
You don’t have to just «deal with it.» If you are experiencing pain in any of these areas, please do not hesitate to reach out for help. We are here to bring the expertise, uncover the root cause, and help you get back to moving freely.

Your skin is excellent at telling the story✨
If you’ve ever looked in the mirror after a cupping session, you already know the marks left behind can look incredibly different from zone to zone. Some spots stay completely pale, others turn a deep crimson, and some reveal unique patterns or textures.
But here is the most important thing to remember: these aren’t bruises. 🙅♂️
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, these marks act as a visual map of what’s happening beneath the surface. They show us exactly where your energy is flowing beautifully, where deep-seated tension is hiding, and where your circulation needs a little extra support to clear out old, stagnant stress.
Every mark is just feedback. It tells our practitioners exactly what your muscles need to repair, reset, and recover.
