When you barely wear makeup but still want to look special for the day 🙏🏼 I keep calling this look effortlessly natural, but it still took 3 hours for makeup and hair altogether. The things we do as women 🤣
We diffused dried her curly hair and enhanced sections with a curling iron for a more elegant finish, and gave her skinlike coverage with airbrushing and sheer layering techniques to add life to the complexion.
With my natural natural brides that’s what I aim for, I want people to notice how great you look instead of commenting on how good your foundation looks. Yknow what I mean? 😉

There’s been a few times where I’ve teared up while getting my brides get ready 🥹🥹 shout out to her BFF who helped art direct these shots 🫰🏼
Trust the process when your bridesmaid blowout is looking more like a founding father than the bouncy style of your dreams 💀
A bouncy blowout like needs to be pinned to let the hair cool into shape, and that’s why we started this bridesmaid at 6am as the first member on the wedding schedule.
She had thick, long hair that held shape well so a true bouncy blowout worked for her! Depending on the texture of the hair, density, length, sometimes a look like this is best produced using a hot tool instead of a hairdryer. Luckily for this bridesmaid, a blowdryer worked out well for her style 🤩🤩
Full coverage makeup doesn’t have to mean thick or heavy 🫣 Using the right skin prep, layering techniques and products we can correct and cover just where you need it while keeping everything soft and natural.
I’m a huge believer that your bridal makeup should feel comfortable for you, especially if you’re someone who doesn’t wear a lot of makeup to begin with. It makes a huge difference in how you perceive yourself for the day 🤓

“Natural but flawless” is usually what my Brides look for in a makeup application. That non-cakey, enhancing makeup, that is more special than your everyday look but still allows you to feel like yourself. Looks great in photos but also amazing in person. Lasts through tears and humidity but not feeling like you’re wearing a ton of layers!
The secret to this type of look? A few things:
☝🏼A great skincare routine goes far, lots of water, sunscreen, and other skin treatments prior to the day to help your skin be the best it can be helps a lot. Doesn’t have to be a complicated routine- keep your skin hydrated and sun protected are the very essential steps!
☝🏼Sleep. As I’m getting older, the importance of sleep becomes so apparent!
☝🏼lots of water, a good diet and exercise- healing your skin from the inside out significantly impacts its outward appearance! The skin is your body’s largest organ to keep in mind 🤓
☝🏼The right expectations - everyone has skin texture, and makeup will not cover that. We can colour correct the skin, but expect that texture will always be there. There are corrective makeup techniques we use to bring forward your best features, and minimizing your not so favourite ones 😉😉
☝🏼The right makeup products and techniques for your skin type and texture. This is where I come in as your artist - knowing what colours look great on you, knowing how product textures mix and will affect your skin. I airbrush my Brides 99% of the time and knowing which formulas we want for the desired outcome is a huge part of the job
And to clarify, airbrush makeup can be undetectable if done right. It feels absolutely weightless and lasts all day - there’s a reason why the word “airbrushing” has been used in photo editing language because it really is making someone look flawless and perfected in person.

When you’re scrolling your Pinterest or Instagram for wedding hair ideas-the secret to these full hairstyles are sometimes a set of hair extensions! Not all of us are blessed with naturally full hair and that’s ok, it’s not a bad thing at all. But if you really want that cascading full look for your wedding day, a set of extensions does the trick 😉😉
We airbrushed this beauty for the day, paired with soft golden bronzey eyes. Her eye colour is truly enhanced in this look while still looking like herself 💕💕💕
