We’re hiring a Customer Experience Specialist to help us care for our incredible holistic health + healing community.

🤍 You’ll…
    •    Deliver a seamless, supportive experience for clients from booking to payment
    •    Create a warm, welcoming environment for clients + practitioners
    •    Uphold H2 OM standards for opening, midday + closing procedures
    •    Keep our studio sparkling + organized
    •    Help with community + business initiatives
    •    Share our offerings on social media
    •    Work 10–15 hours/week, over 3 days (including Fridays + Saturdays)

✨ You are…
    •    Experienced (2+ years in customer service or health clinic)
    •    Resourceful, adaptable + hardworking in a fast-paced, collaborative space
    •    A self-starter who takes initiative + seeks ways to enhance the client experience
    •    An excellent communicator, both written + verbal

✨ Reiki Level 1 Certification – March 29nd @ 10am-5pm

🚶‍♀️ Walking Groups – Saturday March 14th @ 9:30-10:30am
Thursday March 19th @ 5:30-6:30pm
Saturday March 28th @ 9:30-10:30am

Plus, our team of experts is here to support your well-being with Registered Massage Therapy, Osteopathy, Physiotherapy ( Pelvic Health, Pediatrics) , Reiki Energy Healing, Naturopathy, Spa Facials, Red Light therapy Faical and Acupuncture, Psychotherapy, Kinesiology, Bio Charger Sessions and Personal Training 💪🏽
