The mental and emotional wellbeing crisis is very real, according to the WHO more than 264 million adults suffer from depression. Due to the social isolation and unrest caused by the COVID-19 health crisis, this number has only increased.

I’m glad to invite you all to attend the coming BEI event organized by Skills for Change Canada, during which I will have the great honor to speak about the impact of our outer wellness on our inner wellness and tell you more about the MOOI brand new “CHI” wellness concept encouraging you to “Make yourself a priority” and “Love yourself”.
