The O Spot
The O Spot is a modern skincare clinic that specializes in corrective treatments especially in skin
I have met so many women with stories like Keke’s — abnormal facial hair growth, weight gain, acne, irregular cycles, and silently struggling to understand what was happening with their bodies.
But beyond the physical symptoms was the emotional weight it carried too… the depression, sadness, insecurity, feeling less attractive, less feminine, less “pretty,” shrinking themselves, hiding, and losing confidence while searching for answers.
When I’d ask if they had PCOS, the response was often, “I got checked, and the doctors said no.”
I’m happy the conversation around PCOS — now called PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome) — has evolved because even without ovarian cysts, so many women are finally realizing that their symptoms, hormonal imbalances, and elevated androgen levels are valid and worthy of answers.
This shift in understanding matters because so many women were suffering in silence simply because they didn’t fit the “traditional” definition.
Now, more women may finally get answers earlier, feel less dismissed, and better understand the connection between their hormones, skin, weight, mood, and overall health.
There may not be a cure, but there is power in finally being seen, heard, and properly understood.
How many women have spent years feeling lost, confused, dismissed, and disconnected from themselves while trying to figure out what was happening to their bodies?

Her search stoped at The O Spot
Skin concerns:
• Rough/textured skin
• Dark marks + uneven skin tone
• Facial hair
After assessing her skin, we realized a lot of built-up blackheads and trapped hair were making the skin look darker and rougher than it actually was.
We focused on laser hair removal, customized facials with deep cleaning/extractions, and a lot of homecare education.
After just the first facial, her skin already looked brighter, smoother, and less “shadowed.”
Over time, the laser helped reduce the hair, smooth the texture, and fade the dark marks, giving her skin a much clearer and more even look overall.

Conditions + habits + environment = inflammation + trauma.
Rosacea.
Acne.
Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation
Smoking.
Daily outdoor exposure.
Previous over-treatment.
His skin wasn’t “bad.”
It was just overwhelmed.
So instead of attacking the skin aggressively, we focused on:
• rebuilding the barrier with
• reducing inflammation
• calming reactivity
• strategic treatments
• corrective treatments only when the skin was healthy enough
A year later, his skin tells a very different story.
This is your reminder that healthy skin is not built through trends or aggressive treatments.
It’s built through proper assessment, consistency, intentional treatment planning, and trusting the process.
If your skin feels stuck in cycles of inflammation, breakouts, sensitivity, or pigmentation, it may be time for a different approach.

I get the reasoning behind the use of certain products.
The va**na is considered a delicate area, so the assumption becomes:
“If a product is safe for my most delicate area, then it must also be safe for my face… right?”
I understand the logic.
But skincare is about more than just “gentle.”
Your face deals with oil, SPF, sweat, pollution, makeup, and environmental buildup daily.
Products designed for the vulvar area and babies are formulated for completely different purposes.
Feeling gentle and being effective are not the same thing.
Part 2 on baby products Tuesday 👀
Babes… your face is not your va**na. Please stop using va**nal wash to cleanse your skin.
The skin on your face is one of the most exposed areas on your body. It deals with oil production, sweat, makeup, SPF, pollution, and bacteria, all day, every day.
That is a completely different ecosystem from the vulvar “coon coon” area.
So no, those products are not doing anything meaningful for your face.
Your face produces oil. That means you need ingredients that can actually break down sebum, SPF, makeup, and environmental buildup.
A va**nal wash is designed to be extremely mild and supportive for a very specific area, not to deeply cleanse facial skin.
So what’s actually happening?
You’re not properly cleansing your skin… you’re just moving residue around on the surface.
You wouldn’t use baby products to cleanse and moisturize.… right?
…But would you though? 🤔
Some of you are 🤭
Stay tuned for part two
Your products aren’t the problem, your logic is. Let’s fix that.
Let’s be real, sometimes it’s not the room that’s intimidating… it’s wondering where the eyes will land.
Unwanted facial hair. Dark spots.
The things no one talks about, but so many women carry into every room.
But at this Leading Ladies conference, she doesn’t have to think about any of that.
No second-guessing. No shrinking. No wondering where the attention will be while she speaks.
Just presence. Confidence. Power.
This is more than skincare, it’s freedom in your own skin.
To every Leading Lady stepping into bigger rooms this season, you deserve to be seen exactly as you envision yourself ✨
Headed to the leading ladies connect conference this Saturday? You’ll find a little gift in your swag bag from us 😎. We hope to see you soon.
