A few clients have reached out with questions about the new pre-paid booking system, so we’re breaking it down. When you book through SQUIRE, you’ll always need a card on file (that part doesn’t change), but you get to choose HOW and WHEN you pay.
If you select Prepay, your card gets charged right at booking; smooth, fast, done. There is a small convenience fee ($1–$3) that SQUIRE adds for online transactions, which is pretty standard across booking platforms. Previously you were not charged until 2 hours before your scheduled service but now, if you choose to pre-pay, you are charged upon confirmation of the booking.
However, if change is NOT your middle name, just choose Pay in Person when you’re confirming your appointment. Your card is on file as a no-show guarantee, but nothing gets charged until you come in. No convenience fee either. Pay with the card on file, a different card or even cash.

We highly recommend when you visit the shop that you relax, unplug and watch the world go by through our big sunny windows. BUT that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t charge up your phone so you are ready to plug back in and continue with your day. If your system needs a charge as well, grab a coffee next door to our Jarvis location from . Great coffee and baked goods while you wait.

Mikey has added Thursdays to his schedule and is now abailable at Jarvis Thursdays to Sundays. Long hair don’t care?
