This one is hard for me to post—maybe it's the perfectionist in me—but I wanted to share these in-progress facial harmonization results, just three weeks after our first session. This is still a work in progress, as we will be adding botox and skin boosters in the second session.

Patient Goal:
She wanted to look refreshed and more like her younger self, not different. Volume loss over time had left her looking more tired and angular than she felt.

Important Notes:
• Used layered techniques with different products at various depths
• No filler directly on cheekbones—that obvious "filler look" isn't our goal
• No filler was ever put in the jawline—that improved definition is from proper midface support

What's Next:
At her follow-up, we'll add Xeomin for dynamic lines while preserving natural expression, address the remaining temporal hollowing, and use Redensity 1 skin booster (non-crosslinked) for undereye brightening.
