Well the time has come and it has been one hell of a ride. Graduating from Hairstyling and Cosmetology In 1993. I have been a stylist somewhere, every one of the years. Mostly good. And a few really bad salons. One in particular, and one of the very best salons, for 13 of those great years in Winnipeg. I have had the pleasure of being backstage for the TIFFS, working for great Canadian company Oligo, as well as Unite and Schwarzkopf In both Calgary and Montreal. So I've been all over.
I've had the pleasure of doing celebrities hair such
Tyler Shaw backstage CTV, Chantal Kreviazik, Diana Krall, Sophie Trudeau, Margaret Trudeau, Willem Dafoe, Robert Duvall (He's awesome) and had my own CTV segments on Monday Makeovers with CTV Monday Morning Live. A blast every single step of the way. Well almost 🙄 I won't stop working as a stylist completely, as I love working with the TIFFS, I mean how many people can say they sprayed Xavier Bardems Mane. Toronto has been so wonderful to me. Vibrant, exciting, a complete different world on its own. People are right when they call Toronto a mini New York. Who wouldn't want to live here! I will be concentrating more on my sports as I love my position with the Blue Jays as much as I did with the Calgary Flames (my Flamers). But first I am going to settle in and unpack everything. I've been here since July and stuff is still in boxes. I've enrolled in ACTRA and also picked up an old Violin. Don't worry, I played it for 6 years back in school 😉 I'm flying off for a wonderful Christmas, back to Winnipeg this year and have one helI of a travel year planned. So with that I will say I love all my customers, all of you that never made my life boring, and I will cherish all the stories I've heard in the last 20 something years ❤️ The ones that ended up as good friends and the ones that trusted me 100 percent in their space. But, on my way to work getting super exited for Lady Gaga's A Star is Born. And Alec Baldwin's new flick. Some fantastic Films out there this year. And of course the Actors are incredible. I'm a bit Starstruck 🤩 Favorite film
so far? A Beautiful Boy. Go see it!
