Such a lovely afternoon at the Sutherland-Chan School Social during today’s Canadian Massage Therapy Conference! 💌

It was wonderful to reconnect with graduates from classes dating back to 1985, catching up, sharing memories and reminiscing about their time at Sutherland-Chan School.

As we look ahead to our 50th anniversary, moments like this remind us just how special our alumni community is. We can’t wait to see everyone again soon!

Dealing with frequent headaches? 💆

Our upcoming Headaches Clinic uses a massage therapy approach to explore muscular tension, stress patterns, and areas of restriction that may contribute to ongoing discomfort. 🌱

Throughout this treatment series, students will work alongside experienced instructors to support relaxation, mobility, and overall wellness through focused, hands-on care.

Whether you’re training regularly, recovering from an injury, or dealing with muscle fatigue, our Sports Massage Clinic is designed to support movement, recovery, and rehabilitation for athletes.

Our student clinicians work with patients from a variety of sports and activity backgrounds under professional supervision.

An introduction to our upcoming Posture Clinic 👤

This specialty clinic offers a more focused, clinical approach to understanding standing posture, movement patterns, and long-term tension throughout the body. 🌱

Using a myofascial treatment approach, students will work with skilled instructors through a structured 9-week treatment series designed to explore postural restrictions and chronic compensation patterns.
