I hadn’t seen this beautiful soul since before the pandemic. In recent years, she has experienced severe breakage and reached out to do a Big Chop! She had an inspiration photo for what she wanted, but it wasn’t possible to achieve that look during the appointment. My client invested in a Wash + Style package so she could come in regularly, explore different looks, try new products, and refine her technique.
