Due to a family commitment, Salon Miraj will be closed on January 8, 2025. We will reopen on Thursday January 9, 2025.

Happy Days are here again! With the implementation of Step 2 of the Ontario re-opening, we’re glad to announce that Salon Miraj is coming out of COVID-19 hibernation and re-opening for limited services with appointments.

We’re still not able to take walk-ins as appointments are still mandatory.

Note that we’re closed on July 1, 2021 for Canada Day.

Just posting a reminder to all that having now moved into Stage 3 for the last two weeks, we are once again offering our full suite of services including those much requested threading, waxing, facial, makeup and laser/electrolysis services!🎉🎊

So go ahead and book an appointment today! Visits continue to be by appointment, but same-day appointments are available so don't hesitate to give us a call now or knock on the door to ask if we can take you immediately. If we can, we will otherwise we'll book you for the next available slot.

Along with back-to-school and back-to-work, remember to think about back-to-yourself as well. Let us help you with getting back-to-yourself; it's what we love to do! Whether you need a hair cut, a root touch-up, a full colour service, manicure, pedicure or any of the Stage 3 re-activated beauty services listed earlier, we're here for you!

Please do note that we're continuing to take all necessary precautions for your safety and ours, which means that there is no waiting area available currently, you will be required to wear a non-medical facial covering prior to entering the Salon, we're taking extra cleaning precautions between clients and our hours are slightly adjusted from normal. We're also currently limiting entry to those clients with appointments or those walk-ups which we're able to take immediately.

Thank you everyone for your well wishes and support with the Salon's re-opening after the extended COVID-19 closure. Please note that the Salon will be closed for Canada Day, July 1, 2020. We want to wish all of our followers and clients a very Happy Canada Day and we look forward to seeing everyone (by appointment only, for now) this summer!

Speaking of Canada Day, we encourage everyone to take some time tomorrow to reflect on what Canada has given us, what we've given back to Canada, and where we want to take this great country next.

Canada has many challenges ahead that will need to be tackled but Canada also has a very strong foundation to build off of and that foundation includes each and every one of us. Our history is written; we have to live with, and learn from, the good and the bad. Our future is yet to be written; we get to choose to make it good or bad. Let's *all* choose to make it good.

Raj and the entire Salon Miraj family

Ontario has now announced Stage 2 opening for businesses in Toronto. This is great news and allows Salon Miraj to re-open for business and provide our clients with most of our services. However, under the current pandemic conditions, there will need to be some changes made to the way we work and how we’re able to service you.

To prepare for these changes, Salon Miraj is taking a few more days to make the necessary changes. The Salon will open to clients on June 27, 2020.

Going forward, and until government restrictions are fully lifted, kindly note the following changes as we continue to work together to protect our clients, staff and community:

(1) Clients will be taken by appointments only – no walk-ins at this time. All clients are encouraged to call in and book appointments in advance. Clients who cannot attend their appointment should call in to cancel and make their time available to others.
(2) If you are feeling unwell, or showing any symptoms of COVID-19, do not come to the Salon. Please self-isolate and follow the directions of Public Health authorities.
(3) There will be no waiting area available inside the Salon. Clients will be asked to wait outside or in their cars. We will call you on your mobile phone when it is appropriate for you to enter. As the weather gets warmer, please keep this in mind as the comfort and safety of our clients is paramount.
(4) Before entering the Salon, clients will be asked a set of questions about their recent activities and health and a temperature check will be taken. Client names and phone numbers will be recorded for the purpose of contact tracing.
(5) Only clients will be allowed to enter – please come alone. Children who are getting a service done will be allowed one adult family member to accompany them.
(6) All clients will be required to sanitize their hands with disinfectant that will be provided by the Salon.
(7) Clients are required to bring their own masks and other personal protective equipment.
(8) Please make payments by tap (debit card, credit card or phone), if possible.

We will be opening our phone lines on Thursday, June 25, 2020 for appointments starting June 27, 2020. Please note that only the following services are allowed to be performed under the Ontario Stage 2 re-opening framework:
(a) All hair services (cutting, colouring, washing and styling)
(b) Manicures and pedicures
(c) Hair removal services (including electrolysis and laser) – except from facial areas
(d) Ear piercings
