A mixed-use (commercial and residential) boutique building in a great central location, close to tran
Our building has been here since 1910 and we have a plaque commemorating that on the outside of the building. Many years ago, there was a general store called Adanac Stores on the ground floor at the corner (address: 408 Delaware Ave.) That space has since been subdivided into 2 commercial spaces. For a long time, one of the spaces was occupied by Mena’s Hair Salon. The current owners bought the building in 2015 and have since renewed some aspects of the building: windows, flooring materials, air conditioners, and the like. They also divided the main house to create a Guest Suite on the ground floor. Ground floor access makes it easier for some visitors who cannot tackle the stairs up to the second floor.
