For classic extensions, I LOVE flat or ellipse lashes. These have a flat, rectangular base instead of the usual rounded base. Flat lashes are lighter in weight and feel. They cover more surface area so it creates a darker/deeper lash line. 🖤

Flat lashes are especially great for those with finer lashes who cannot handle a lot of weight! The split tips create a bit of dimension and give it that “hair like" appearance vs the hard plasticy look. They also adhere better & last longer! ☑️

In a traditional classic lash, the most common width used is 0.15mm but they also come in 0.10mm 0.18mm 0.20mm and up. We do not recommend working with lashes that are thicker than 0.20mm in diameter. ❌

Because we are lash health conscious, we like working with the lightest lash extensions on the market and are very mindful of what your natural lashes can handle as far as the length/width or style! We base each set on your needs, the results you want and how your lashes are in their natural state. 💖

Q: Why does my appointment need to be accepted after I book? 🤔
A: In 5+ years of lashing experience, we have learned that our services are not right for everyone. We have a thorough screening process in place to ensure that you would be a good candidate and so you can review our company policies & procedures. 🥰

Q: Why do I need to fill out an intake form?
A: We require all clients to fill out an online intake form to determine whether you have any sensitivities or allergies that we should be aware of. Please remember to fill this out prior to booking. We will accept and confirm your appointment as soon as possible! 📝

Q: Are you still asking clients to masks? 😷
A: Yes, I kindly ask that clients continue wearing a proper mask to their appointments. To put it simply… we can’t afford to take any time off after being closed down for 14 months! Staff wear masks at all times during appointments.

Q: Do you work out of your home? 🤔
A: No. We are located in a shared upper office space with our own private studio. Prime location right on Queen St East!📍

Q: Why can’t I bring a guest? 😢
A: Client appointments are usually 1 on 1 due to the nature of our jobs and needing a lot of focus and attention to perform well. Also limits our exposure! 🦠 On occasion, we will make an exception and allow guests but please ask us ahead of time to ensure we have the time and space that day. 👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼❤️
