Progression Not Perfection ‼️⁣

My back has been my BIGGEST struggle since moving, weight fluctuation is a real thing and it’s OKAY for you body to look different OFTEN!! ⁣

It’s human nature and also humanly impossible to keep a consistent figure all year round especially when LIFE happens ⁣

Being able to focus during the times you have a target in mind and being able to reach the small you goals set for yourself is a very rewarding feeling! It’s not easy, it takes an every day driven mental & a PLAN ⁣

Its very easy to get discouraged when you don’t see changes but they happen over TIME and through routine. So if you’re reading this, don’t give up.. keep pushing because I promise the results will show for your work 💪🏽 ⁣

No BODY is perfect but your mind, health and progression is what matters 🤍 ⁣


30 days in between these two pics..this quarantine has given me the push to focus on some things I never wanted to do (cardio and lots of hiit) works been put in with my girl everyday through our late night workouts. Happy to be able to control my body & get it in and out of different states.. truly is amazing ⁣

Looks like summer is here and what better way to bring it in than some delicious potato salad!🤤⁣

This is a guilt free version made with mostly cauliflower and only 1 cup of potatoes (still carby but definitely a healthier alternative)⁣

Great dish to accompany with some summer BBQ ☀️ 🍴 ⁣

I added hard boiled egg to top it off for presentation (and for bae) removed for myself because we’re still . If you’re okay with eggs some chose to chop hard boiled egg and add it to the mix! ⁣
