Know the signs and help if requested if safe to do so.

I’m not going to lie I’m kinda scared to try this independent life thing out! Especially in a new region.

Looks like the CILT came through. Got a housing offer

Spent a week in the hospital. Had an antibiotic resistant kidney infection.

Remember if YOU FEEL like something is off always listen to your instincts. Our bodies are great at telling us when something is off. No one else feels what you feel and do not let anyone tell you how to feel.

My ostomy wound is getting really bad! Went from .5 cm diameter to over 5cm.
