Mental health has become a big topic over the last decade. I see a lot of young kids dealing with issues directly and indirectly related to anxiety. I love that Jack.org empowering youth to talk about mental health issues among their peers and in their communities across Canada.
The ability to relate to and talk to others struggling with similar things is a great path towards living with, dealing with and coming out from under mental health issues. Please consider donating to this great cause - https://jack.akaraisin.com/brainfreeze2022/54383397ab28470b8d13e151100ffb79
