2025, another great race with
It’s been a busy summer. Just glad I could get this race in between family travel and a house guest.
So grateful for all of my buddies in triathlon and cycling who inspire me to keep pushing to be better.

Another 2 days in the saddle supporting cancer research with Team Docs Choice. 165k day 1 (the Hammer), 100k day 2 to Peller Estates. Great weekend!

The in was so awe inspiring that I welled up when we got in. It looks like a giant sand castle but inside the orange, white and blue light is astonishing and the space is open and powerful.

Opened up the gift of Girona cycling and am so grateful for the experience of endless climbs and seaside views. Thanks to for leading the way. We had so much fun!

Ride 2 Conquer Cancer 2024 done! Thank you to all of my donors to make this possible. As a team Docs Choice raised over $200 000 for cancer research.
Saturday Hammer 🔨 ride (165k 1399m) was extra tough with strong winds. But I found some friends en route to make it way more fun. Plus this extra long route is supported by an Italian coffee truck. A latte and a fresh chocolate croissant make life sweeter!
Day 2 was blessed with wind at our back. We enjoyed the perfect weather to cruise into Niagara Falls.
This was my 10th Ride and my 10th anniversary of cancer diagnosis. We haven’t cured cancer but we sure are trying.
