We never skip out on our coffee (or matcha) 🤭
We teamed up with some of our favourite East End neighbours to gift the ☀️ Perfect Summer Day in Leslieville ☀️
You wake up and walk over to Mercury Espresso for a coffee, picking up a fresh bunch of flowers from Lou-Lou’s Flower Truck on the way.
The afternoon is for sweating it out in the sauna and cooling off in the ice bath at Alter, then washing up with a fresh haircare set from Health Hut
You then throw on something cute and light from Province of Canada and head over to Restaurant Ricky + Olivia for a wine tasting.

There are a lot of opinions about how you’re supposed to do hot + cold: come in with a protocol, track your time, make new friends, project calm while you’re in the plunge.
