What was that?
2 weeks of NO FITNESS recovering from a bad flue and during RAMADAN.
NAILED Day 1 I did not think I was able to do it but due to my fitness level after graduating from 9 programs especially the toughest of them all INSANITY MAX: 30 my body can handle it!! Thank you Shaun T

I've been suffering from stiffness for a couple of days but this a the good type which means my muscle tissues are growing so I had to rest to give them time to grow and get stronger. if I forced my self to exercise while going through this a could have injured my self which I did before.

For me I want to exercise every day I never want to skip a day but I have to at times to give body time to build the lean muscles and develop my body.💪😀
