You watch the baby spit up for the third time during a single feed. Fresh milk, right back up. The baby screams for hours a day,
You think maybe it’s colic, or reflux.
The parents hired you because they’re at their wits end. They've tried paced feeding, upright positioning, smaller volumes, but this baby is still struggling.
What you’re seeing are addressable symptoms.
When the fascia around the abdomen is tight, milk does not move through the digestive system efficiently causing some distressing symptoms for this sweet babe.
Medication manages the acid. Positioning manages the flow. Neither one releases the tension in the digestive system.
That’s the piece craniosacral therapy addresses. And it is the referral that changes what this family's next few weeks look like.

Supply is rarely just a supply problem.
How well your baby transfers milk at every feed directly affects how much your body makes.
A shallow latch, a tight baby, a feed that ends early, all of these send the wrong signal to the milk ducts.
Before adjusting your pumping schedule or reaching for supplements, it’s worth looking at what is happening during the feed itself.
Jessica works with families across West Toronto and Peel & Halton Region.

Every baby develops at their own pace. Rolling back-to-tummy often requires more strength, coordination, and comfort with tummy time — and some babies simply take a little longer.
Instead of focusing on milestones as deadlines, look for progress:
✨ Reaching across midline
✨ Bringing feet to hands
✨ Rolling to the side
✨ Tolerating tummy time
These are all important stepping stones. If you’re unsure, a gentle assessment can help guide you and support your baby’s development.

#1 thing to remember: Your baby is not trying to be difficult.
Some babies genuinely find tummy time uncomfortable.
The forces of labor, a rapid delivery, or a vacuum or forceps-assisted birth can leave tension in the neck, skull, and spine.
Tummy time asks those exact areas to move in ways that could hurt.
If your baby cries within seconds of going down, arches immediately, or will only tolerate tummy time on your chest, that is useful information about tension in their body.
They may need support before tummy time can feel comfortable.
We can help with that.

Progress stalls, exercises stop producing gains, and nobody can explain why.
The missing piece is almost always the same.
Swipe through to understand what feeding therapy alone cannot address, and why the combination changes everything.

The mouth does not forget what it learned early.
A baby who had to work hard to nurse, who tired quickly at the bottle, or who had restricted tongue movement, is laying the foundation for everything that comes next: chewing, textures, and how meals feel.
Swipe to see how early feeding patterns connect to later eating challenges, and what can be done about it at any age.
