The adventure began in her own kitchen with a single line of hot pink grapefruit soap called Pretty in Pink.

Froosh was born in 2006 when a talented young lady named Monika set out to find a unique way of raising awareness and funds to support the elimination of breast cancer. That soap went on to become one of Froosh’s best sellers and helped establish Froosh as an effective and fun alternative in the world of body care products. The soap was so popular that Monika decided to take her project of passion

and turn it into a homegrown business. The passion she poured into her new business went into every single bar of soap she made and before long she was down at the world renowned St Lawrence Market every Saturday, bringing her vision of cleanliness to the people! It wasn’t long before one of Monika’s closest friends took notice of her new direction and offered his support. Kevin Yu is a Realtor by trade, but that didn’t stop him from getting his hands clean in the production of some truly amazing, body care products. The two friends spent the summer travelling to local markets, creating new recipes, listening to customer feedback and constantly evolving to make the best products possible. After successful summer, the duo opened up the Froosh online store to bring their hard work to as many people as possible. Froosh quickly took off and has since participated in countless shows and events, including One of a Kind, The Clothing Show, Artisans at the Distillery and the Flaunt in Ottawa! Over the years Froosh has constantly been evolving as Monika and Kevin sought to bring the absolute best products to their customers. Change is inevitable and Froosh has always been ready to adapt to new markets and challenges. Both Monika and Kevin believe in Froosh and when new opportunities arose for each of them, they knew that Froosh deserved only the best and they needed to find someone as passionate as they were about Froosh and that’s where Kevin’s beautiful wife Carey comes in. Carey has always been a supporter of Froosh and has been involved in the production, marketing and development of the products from the very beginning. She didn’t work for Froosh, she simply loves Kevin and Monika and supports them in all things. Well now that Kevin and Monika are exploring new horizons, Carey is the perfect fit to take over and maintain the brand to standards customers have come to expect! Froosh is committed to making fun and fresh handmade body treats that work, look and smell fabulous, but won't break the bank. All products are handmade in small batches at their Toronto studio, so you can feel good about supporting Canuck culture. All products are vegetarian friendly, and we test on ourselves, not animals.

Hi Froosh Friends!

Due to Covid 19, and needing to protect my young family - which includes newborn preemie twins - Froosh will be minimizing exposure out in the public, which includes trips to the post office. I will do my best to get orders out in a timely fashion, but this may cause some delays in shipments as I want to leave the house as little as possible. This also means that the stock I have in the online store, is all I have at the moment, as I am also trying to limit the amount of shipments to my house, and therefore not making any new product.

I hope you can all understand as we work together to get past this Pandemic.
