Yes it’s normal & Yes it’s annoying… Here’s my favourite spot treatment ⬇️

Bioactive Gel by Biophora.

This gel can be used as a preventative for breakouts & pigmentation if used regularly all over the face.

I find it too strong for that so I use it as a spot treatment and it’s absolutely amazing 😉

I’ve been getting a lot of questions about this lately…no eye cream won’t help with bags… sorry it’s true.

Under eye bags generally come from loss of volume under the eyes. This is loss of collagen. So you need a treatment that will target the deepest layer of skin, the Dermis, to stimulate new collagen. Eye cream is superficial, it will never do this.

The absolute best, natural way to build back your own collagen is with Microneedling.

It specifically stimulates new cellular growth from the Dermis by creating controlled trauma to the skin. This starts the wound healing process that in turn, grows new collagen.

Down time is minimal only 24-48 hours 🪄

If you don’t like wearing SPF then you better like wrinkles because that’s what you’re in for!

When our skin gets tanned this is not our skin getting healthy - as most people might think. This is our skin scrambling to protect its self from UV rays. This is our skin getting damaged.

It may look cute when you are young BUT as you age and your skin thins this is when the pigmentation, uneven skin, wrinkles and dull skin will start to show.

Even scarier, skin cancer. Skin cancer metastasizes over time. It doesn’t happen right away.

So please protect yourself and wear SPF it’s so easy!

I hope this helps save others from getting pigment that should never happen from a professionals advice.

Different skin pigments react differently to products and your professional should know that 😉

This is not me saying retinoids/tretinoin are bad. This is me saying they are not for everyone.

This is me cautioning people to get the correct advice.

The risks are high when using a strong acid that is not right for you. Trust me, I’ve seen it.

So please understand what’s going on with your skin 🙏

I have the driest skin in the world! Here are my 4 MUSTS for dry skin ⬇️

Pur Oils Facial Oil - I much prefer facial oils to moisturizers. They pe*****te deeper, have zero fillers & have vitamins for your skin form A-Z. My favourite is for dry skin is the Pur Oils Luxury oil OR Delicate Oil for someone who is also more sensitive.

Pur Oils Hydrating Serum - Dry skin is always dehydrated as well so we need to add water. The Pur oils hydrating serum is the absolute best I’ve ever tried.

Toner - Using a botanical Toner with your oil & hydrating serum is vital. They level out the PH in our skin, help with hydration but most importantly, help our products absorb properly. I love the Pur Oils Flower water & The biophora calming toner if your skin is more sensitive.

Exfoliator - People with dry/sensitive skin tend not to exfoliate as they think it will make them dryer. On the contrary, you need to exfoliate at least once a week to remove dead skin cells. If you do not do this, your products will not be able to absorb into the skin. I love the Pur Oils Enzyme Exfoliator for dry/sensitive skin.

And please remember - you must be doing your routine MORNING & NIGHT. This is none negotiable if you want to see your dryness disappear.

Acne is a difficult skin condition to treat. It takes time and patients and the willingness to listen to your skin care professional.

This client started seeing amazing results after 2 acne facials & only 3 Bophora products at home.
(2 months)

It takes consistency, trust and time.

His acne cleared in 4 months and he’s maintaining his skin at home with the products ☺️

Jumping around to different professionals and switching up products constantly doesn’t work.

You need to trust the process and who you are working with.

This is the 🔑 to skin care success!

Pro Tips ⬇️

For your eye cream - if you use an eye cream with retinol in it - which I never recommend as it is too strong and can irritate the skin - but if you do, do not apply it to the “cushy” part close to your eyes or your eyelids. Keep it to the orbital bone only.

For your moisturizer - you saw in this video I spread it around my face to apply it. This is a good way to apply thicker products that you do not mix with toner. It ensures you don’t use too much and each area gets the amount of product needed.

Nighttime products - these will be your actives & corrective products. Retinoids, AHA’s & BHA’s because they speed up cell turnover and are photo sensitizing, meaning sensitive to the sun. I also recommend Vit c at night as it is a corrective treatment and correction is best done at night.

Questions and comments are always welcome!

Here’s why ⬇️

No one needs a 10 step skin care routine. This type of routine is not necessary to have great skin. It’s just a marketing ploy to make more money. A few quality products for your skin type will give you the best results & way less stress.

Tretinoin is a very strong acid and not everyone should use it. I have had so many people tell me they’ve used it - because it’s all dermatologists recommend these days - and it completely damaged their skin. I’m not saying it’s bad to use, there are just other gentler options that work just as well. It’s all about being educated on your skin and getting the correct professional recommendations 😉

Tapping or patting in products is such a silly trend! Your products will not pe*****te properly & this technique requires layering your products, which causes pilling. Pilling only happens when your products are not absorbed into the skin.
Massage is so amazing for our skin. It gets the lymph moving around, it stimulates our blood flow which helps get some oxygen flowing. So massaging in your products is the absolute best way to apply your products & stimulate your skin.
