I usually send out 2+ reminders before every appointment. This helps reminding my clients and also when they click confirm, I can know certainly they’re coming.
I love this system, this gives me a peace of mind and helps me actively reach out to my clients if I haven’t received the confirmation from them.

If you want something different than the standard lash sets, this Manga design sets are worth to try.
Despite being absolutely gorgeous and unique to wear, I also notice some cons with Manga/design style:
• they do need daily styling.
Either you need to use styling gel or pinching the lashes together to maintain the structure of the designs. But worry not, I do instruct my clients on how to style the lashes so you can easily do it at home!
• they don’t last as long as standard sets.
Due to the special design, these sets tend to lose structure by the 2nd-3rd week. You might need more often refills than regular lashes.
Despite the (very minimal) cons, desgin sets are still taking over the lash world and it’s your turn to try them out!

If you’re wondering which lash serum I usually recommend for my clients, these are some of them.
1. Revive7
My #1 choice on lash serum. This contains only natural ingredients and peptides that don’t cause irritation like other brands. You can see results in less than 3 months, your lashes will grow stronger and longer underneath the extensions.
2. Latisse
This is more of a chemical serum. The results are insane!! I’ve seen some of my clients using this serum and I couldn’t believe my eyes. Though with this product, due to its scientific ingredients, might cause some irritation if you have sensitive skin. (Also you can only get Latisse at derm clinics)
The only product I’m reluctant to recommend is The Ordinary lash and brow serum. With past experience with my clients, this serum seems to be not extension friendly. But this serum works great on brows!!!
I’m still on my journey of finding other brands that are effective so my clients can have more options!

Sometimes lash artists make mistakes too (honestly, all the time 🤣) but it matters if we catch it in time or not, and fix it 🥸
This shows just a (silly) little mistake can ruin your whole lash set. So please be patient with your lash artist, they need time to create art 😘
