Aesthetic Nurse Emily
Experts in natural aesthetic enhancements
We celebrate individuality, uniqueness and reject a one-size-fits-all approach when treating the lips. We always recommend that the focus be on harmonizing your features by leaning into your natural curves and anatomy, not trying to go against them.
This leads to a natural looking result and maintains the look that makes you, (perfectly) you.

This is exactly what we mean when we say Sculptra creates a healthy, youthful appearance—without anyone being able to pinpoint what changed.
For this client, we used 2 vials of Sculptra, with results shown at the 3-month mark. The transformation is subtle, progressive, and beautifully natural.
To enhance the overall glow, skinboosters were applied across the full face, adding luminous radiance and deep hydration for that refined, refreshed finish. ✨

Maintenance on these beautiful lips.
We focused on symmetry and proportion, central height, and keeping the profile flat.
The slight projection you see will subside as the initial swelling goes down, revealing super natural looking results.

Long overdue, I’m so happy to finally share that I’m officially a registered Nurse Practitioner!
I started this journey over three years ago with a goal — to grow, to learn, and to be able to show up for my patients in an even more meaningful way. I had no idea just how much it would change me.
These past few years have been some of the hardest and most rewarding of my life. I performed labs on my couch, worked during the week and wrote exams on the weekends, sacrificed so much time with friends and family. There were late nights, tears, doubts, and moments where I questioned if I could really do it. But there were also breakthroughs, small victories, and so many reminders of why I love this work and the people I get to care for.
Becoming an NP isn’t just about a new title — it’s about stepping into the next chapter with more knowledge, confidence, and gratitude than I’ve ever had. It’s about opening up a world of possibilities and being positioned on the cutting edge of innovation in this field.
To everyone who supported me, encouraged me, or believed in me when I struggled to believe in myself — thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your encouragement carried me through every challenge and you celebrated every small win along the way. Thank you.
This milestone means so much more than words can describe. Here’s to the next chapter, to growth, and to doing what I love with even more purpose and a broader scope.
Can’t wait to share with you how this will further enhance your experience with us. 🤍

M Shaped Lips 👄
When we say M-Shaped, we are referring to the gap in volume on the lower (inferior) edge of the upper lip, where it tucks up. This is most often an anatomical thing, that’s just the way the lip tubercles are shaped and is highly variable person-to-person. It can also be caused or amplified by muscle pull around the lips.
People with M shape often ask for volume on the sides of their lips where they’re naturally lacking volume. With the right approach this can be achieved in a very subtle and beautiful way.
These virgin lips responded well to just one treatment with filler. Sometimes multiple sessions are required and occasionally the use of neuromodulators will help to relax the tissue and make it more accepting of filler.
Key pearls for treating M shaped lips:
1. Patience - go low and slow. Often multiple treatments required.
2. Product selection- choosing the right tool for the job is critical to getting good results. A filler that holds its shape well and doesn’t pull in too much water is ideal.
3. Placement- avoiding adding further to the central area. Even if you want more definition or height in the centre, it can counteract the work being done on the M
4. Subscision- using the needle to release some tissue and create space to place filler is often needed with this shape. It’s minimal and done within the filler appointment.
5. Expectations- there’s usually something that can be done, but over stressing the tissues is not only a safety risk but may lead to issues like lumping, migration, stretching out the skin, etc. We will always have a realistic chat about what your goals are and what is achievable.

Taking a moment to appreciate the beautiful .n 🙌🏼
This is immediately after a full syringe, which we do about every 1.5 years for maintenance.
Our goal is always natural— and to do so, we must always respect your anatomy. Her lips can hold more product and still remain natural compared to some lips that are just built smaller. Keeping you within your limits preserves your natural beauty and prevents migration and protruding lips.

Them: But it doesn’t look like you did anything?
Us: Exactly.
Little reminder that not all filler treatments need to be “transformations”. We’re always on the side of less is more, enhancing and preserving your uniqueness over dramatic alterations. We don’t believe in a carbon copy, one size fits all approach— instead we listen carefully to your goals and encourage you to embrace your natural features and focus on minimal enhancements that elevate you.
Our goal here was a bit of height and hydration, while maintaining her naturally beautiful shape and proportions. Note that this is immediately after injection and swelling is present. Lips usually lose between 20-50% of the volume from after photos to when they’re fully healed, around two weeks, depending how much swelling is present.

Our medical director, Dr. F***j and I spent the weekend learning from the incredible , a renowned plastic surgeon from Brazil with a very impressive career in both research and practice.
She shared with us her tips and tricks from 20 years of Sculptra use with her patients. We’re so excited to bring these into the clinic and continue to share our love of this product.
Sculptra is used for skin laxity in the face and neck, loss of volume, and lifting. It is a molecule that stimulates your own collagen production for incredibly natural and long lasting results.
Interested if Sculptra may be right for you? Ask below or send us an email. Consultations can be booked through the link in bio.

Multi-session lip building for the most natural looking results 🪜👄
Patience is the name of the game— these results were achieved over several months with 3 filler treatments using different viscosities of filler and botox lip flips 2 weeks before to allow for an easier injection of filler.
This approach helps us prevent migration, which is more common in thin lips and muscular lips that curl under when speaking or smiling. Regular Botox lip flips help to keep the lip turned out and are a little insurance policy to mitigate the risk of migration.
Consultations are always complimentary. Send us a message or go to the link in bio to discuss how we can help achieve your lip goals 💕

🧬 Exosomes 🧬
Exosomes, especially human-derived, are the latest innovation in regenerative medicine. Regenerative medicine, in our opinion, is the future of medical aesthetics. We’re leaning towards treatments such as these (and others like PRP, peptides, vitamin therapy, etc.) that act to improve the health and function of tissues , which consequently leads to desirable cosmetic effects. Truly, healthy skin is beautiful skin.
What are they?
Exosomes are master cell communicators— they transport information in the form of proteins, lipids, growth factors, etc. from cell to cell, locally and at distant sites. This makes them excellent mediators of cellular repair, which have promising applications for medical conditions and cosmetic concerns alike. These tiny messengers are able to positively affect cellular homeostasis. In essence, the more effective your cells can talk to each other and share information and substances, the more stable and therefore healthy the cell is, which reflects externally as vibrant, optimally functioning skin.
Ingredients: Exosomes, Hyaluronic Acid/HylaFuse™ 35mg/ml HA, Vitamin C, Zinc, Vitamin B5.
What do they do?
- Scar and pigmentation reduction
- Juvenescence: anti-aging and regenerative, collagen stimulating
- Improved immune and inflammatory response
- Hair growth and regeneration
Benefits of exosomes
- Reliable potency and bioavailability
- Suitable for all ages and skin types
- May be used on face, body, and scalp
- No blood draw required
- Favourable safety profile
What does an exosome treatment look like?
- Exosomes may be applied post-treatment for improved immune and inflammatory response and shortened recovery time
- Microneedling exosomes into the skin is the most common and preferred method for optimal delivery into targeted areas
