Hey everyone! Apologies for being MIA (I’ve been settling into my new apartment in Atlanta for my summer internship - if you’re in the area and want to collaborate HMU!). As a busy student this past term with 6 courses, 2 part-time jobs and 1 leadership position, achieving my goals came down to my daily habits. Nutrition is fun! It’s about putting good things into your body, feeling the energy, and seeing the results you wanna see. This is a protein and fibre packed dinner that’s healthy and delicious! There’s sautéed veggies (peppers, onion and mushroom), stove-top chicken (sub for grilled tofu or eggs if you’re vegetarian), salad (kale, cucumber, tomatoes, S&P + olive oil) and lastly, egg noodles with organic basil tomato sauce and spices. Super easy, simple, and healthy! 😍😍😍

Today I wanted to share with everyone, what I eat in a day. A lot of people think that just because I drink a meal replacement shake in the morning, I don’t eat. But I do. Here’s my routine:
1️⃣ Morning shake - Herbalife cafe latte meal replacement shake (DM if you want!)
2️⃣ Morning snack - hummus and carrots
3️⃣ Lunch - egg McMuffin with eggs (sub rice cakes if you want)
4️⃣ Afternoon snack - rice cakes with avocado and tomatoes (can throw in almond and cheese on the side to up protein)
5️⃣ Dinner - taco bowl
6️⃣ Dessert/late snack - Herbalife 24 chocolate chip cookie dough protein bar (usually have half)
