Non-competitive fitness program for girls 12+. Encouraging young women to live a healthy and active life and make them #fallinlovewithfitness.

GIFT stands for Girls In Fitness Training (as in- our bodies are a gift and should be nurtured). It is a non-competitive fitness program specifically designed for girls ages 9+. Studies have shown that girls’ participation in sports can counteract negative influences (social, physiological, emotional) and build self-esteem. However, what about the girls who don’t necessarily enjoy playing a sport
