💭Working towards being present and mindful is so important. We can easily go down a rabbit hole of the past in our heads or get caught up thinking of the unknowns of our future. These things contribute heavily to anxiety. If we’re stuck in the past or the uncertain future, we can’t truly be appreciative of what we have in the now.
