Had a lovely visit to both High Park and Trinity Bellwoods to see the pretty trees over the weekend. 🌸

🌸 Hot tip: less crowds around the trees in High Park at the south end by Spring Road, and in Trinity Bellwoods by the trees in the north by Dundas 🌸

From the moment you step into my treatment room, my aim is to provide you with a tranquil environment that puts you at ease and awakens your senses.

Spring is slowly creeping into the air and it's giving a feeling of renewal... Another R to add to this list!

I do love the sound of rain falling on the skylight in the studio... So relaxing!

When I previously worked at massage therapy clinics, we had 15 minutes in between treatments and I often felt rushed, frazzled and by the end of my shift I'd be hungry and tired.

When I opened my solo practice, I decided to give myself 30 minutes in between appointments and it makes me feel so much better not to feel rushed!

This allows me plenty of time to:
✳️Clean and tidy the treatment room between clients
✳️Prepare detailed notes about the appointment
✳️Send receipts after payments are received
✳️Return voicemail, email, general admin work
✳️Eat something
✳️Rest, relax, and breathe!

I don't get the "Sunday Scaries" because Monday is my day off, but last night I had a dream (or maybe it was a nightmare) that I was setting up my massage table at the studio and I ran out of face cradle covers 😱

Don't forget to change your clocks tonight for daylight savings. ⏰

It's been so nice to notice more sunshine in my treatment room lately.

Spring is just around the corner!

Mexico City, what a beautiful and interesting city!

We loved: the friendly and helpful people, the architecture, food, tree-lined streets, parks, museums, metro system... Basically everything!

I'm back in the studio and have availability this Friday if you're in need of a massage 💆

We are definitely in the thick of winter!

Saw tons of people out shovelling, kids off from school with toboggans, cross country skiers, infinite cars completely buried, snow drifts up to my waist....but what a beautiful day with the fluffy snow and sun!

Glad to have this day off to enjoy!
