Barbers will leave chasing what they believe is a better opportunity, a better product, a better situationโฆ and thatโs part of the game. It doesnโt mean you failed it means youโre growing.
Leadership is about staying steady when things shift. Itโs about rebuilding, retraining, and refocusing when the chair gets empty.
To every shop owner out there: donโt get discouraged. Regroup. Reinvest in your vision. Keep your standards high and your mindset higher.
