Hello everyone,
It is with sadness that I’m sharing I will be closing shop. TerraSoapco was my second career, and it’s time to officially retire. I have to admit—I’m exhausted 😂!
This little business was a one-person operation for nearly 15 years. So much of it was truly fantastic, but don’t let anyone tell you it’s easy because you truly work your ass off. I can’t even count how many artisan shows I did over the years but it was a lot! I was also fortunate to have a booth at the Arts Market for many years, almost from the very beginning of this journey.
I started at College Street, then Leslieville, and eventually moved to Riverside, where I’ve been for quite a few years. I truly can’t thank the Arts Market enough. They gave me the opportunity to grow, succeed, and meet so many incredibly talented and wonderful artisans. A huge thank you as well to the staff, you always made me feel so welcome.
My last day at the Arts Market (790 Queen St. East) will be Sunday, February 1st. I’ll be offering 50% off almost everything, so please pop by if you can and stock up on soaps and body products while they last.
Shortly after February 1st, I’ll be shutting down my Etsy shop.
I will keep this Instagram account up for a while, as I may occasionally offer some soaps for sale. I’ll still be making them for a bit as I use up remaining supplies, but it will be local pickup only from my home. The TerraSoapco page will be deleted Feb. 1st.
This is not easy to write. I’m sitting here wiping away tears. I’ve made so many friends along the way, and I truly cannot thank you all enough. Your support and love have meant more to me than I can ever express.

I'm very excited to announce that I will be selling my products at a 2nd location!! The Arts Market newest location is at 1856 Danforth Ave.., between Coxwell & Woodbine (north side).
Opening Day at the Danforth location is Friday, February 11th!! The new location is quite beautiful and there will be over 70 vendors selling Handmade items along with lots of Vintage clothing & accessories.

Perfect for a grey rainy day....cutting a bit of sunshine.... my Mango Lemongrass Oil Soap
🥭🥭🥭 🌿🌿🌿.....smells so fresh & clean!! Probably one of my favourites....it's rich, creamy & nicely scented. I add lots of Mango Butter to this soap which makes it extremely moisturizing. The fatty acids in this butter will soften the skin preventing it from feeling dry and itchy.
*Stop using detergent soaps that are only stripping your body's natural oils and start adding natural ingredients like Mango Butter that will only add moisture to your skin. 😚

Back at it after a wonderful relaxing week in the Muskoka! Summer and the start of Fall would normally mean a very busy time doing many outdoor markets but a lot has changed these past couple of years. The ups & downs of the past 2 years has forced me to slow down a bit & I have to admit it's been really nice to take this time to enjoy this time with family & friends. We've also taken this time to discover a little of Ontario, to Ottawa, Prince Edward County, Tobermory, Niagara & exploring many quaint towns around the Muskoka region & enjoying a few cottages in between. I really do miss participating in craft shows, I especially miss connecting with people and talking to customers about my passion & how important it is environmentally. This past year & half I've placed my efforts in selling my products at The Arts Market at 799 Queen St. E., & on Etsy, my Online Shop

This summer has also been technologically challenging!! I lost my phone & got locked out of my old Instagram account and lost around 1500 followers..I know maybe not a ton of followers but they are all very important me! I hope I'll be able to gain those followers back in time 🙂. Also my personal email account was hacked...ughhh! What a $% #!!! Anyway, at this point all I could do is start over and hope the technology gods will be kind going forward.
Now it's time to welcome the Fall and get creative and make some new products!! Doing a little poll, would you be interested in a detox soap? Any other new products you would like to see?
