Peter Favot’s paintings are abstract visual images. They are playful reactions to a perceived reality and are his way of seeing the effects of light on a playful, imaginary, perceived world. The joy of simply playing with paint and creating meaningful visual images. Peter's original paintings are mainly acrylic on canvas mounted on wood stretchers, with some collages and mixed media pieces. With over 50 years of painting, we believe the beauty of this artwork should be shared and made available to enhance the mood and ambiance of anyone’s space - home or office- even yours.

To address some of the messages and emails we’ve been getting, and to clear up any confusion regarding the provinces latest announcement…
We ARE open.
We are restricted to haircuts as services that require the removal of face masks are currently off limits.
We continue to operate under health department Covid protocols to ensure everyone’s safety.

Booking announcement!

OK, here we go...
A lot of people have been asking about the shop reopening and about outdoor haircuts, so let’s address it.
We do not plan on offering our services in private or outdoors. Although some see it as a loophole, that it’s ‘technically’ not illegal, we’ve never been the kind of shop that looks for technicalities. If our fellow barbers, hair stylists, aestheticians or nail techs cannot operate in the clear, neither will we. Do we agree with the closures? No! Do we believe we could offer our services safely and responsibly? Yes! Our industry has more sanitation regulations then the majority of businesses that are currently allowed to operate. Some may disagree and see us as overly cautious, but we would rather have the reputation of community responsibility and over cautionary than be seen by ANYONE as irresponsible or reckless... especially when it comes to the health and safety of the community and neighbourhood that supports us.
So, in solidarity with our peers in the Personal Service industry, we will not be offering our services, not until we all can.
