Blueberry Peach Feta Salad
Ingredients:
3 cups mixed salad greens
1 peach, sliced
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
