Another year! (41 today) Gah… how does time keep going by faster and faster?!

One lovely thing about getting older is how much you continue to learn about yourself—slowly filling in all the little gaps and missing pieces along the way.

A few things I started this past year that I plan to continue doing:

🫶🏼 Moving my body more consistently. Walking more and doing at-home workouts.
🫶🏼 Diving deeper into understanding my migraines and chronic pain. Finding my place in the chronic pain world has been challenging, but I’m pushing through.
🫶🏼 Starting therapy again (this actually starts soon!) to try and navigate the loss of Moose in a way I wasn’t able to before—and to help me navigate living with chronic pain.

I know this is my business account, and these are all very personal things to share, but I like to show up as my true self here. I’m more than just my business, and honestly, Bianca & Co. exists because I exist behind it.

So here’s to another year of learning, growing, figuring things out, and being a little kinder to myself along the way.

Today is 3 years without you. I cherish all our sweet memories together and still love looking through photos of us.

Although I haven’t been able to welcome a new dog into our family, we’ve been dog-sitting many others. Somehow, I see little parts of you in each of them, and it’s comforting.
