Here is Lizanne!! We had a great day reminiscing about the music of our youth and our love of cats!🐈 while I dreaded her hair. It’s important to reclaim who we are and it’s very special to see ourselves, the real us when we look in the mirror. Thank you for a lovely day!! This was a 6 to 7 hour experience.

been in my life for almost 20 years now… which is kind of wild to think about.

He’s one of those people who’s been there through so many versions of life — and also so many versions of his locs. He’s never been afraid to try something different, switch things up, or just see where it goes, and I love that about him.

These double buns are just the latest. Nothing about Pete’s hair journey has ever been boring, and honestly, that’s what makes working on his locs so fun every time he’s in my chair.

I don’t take it for granted that someone trusts me with their hair for this long, or that they keep coming back year after year. That kind of loyalty means a lot. And even more than that, I’m just really lucky to call him my friend. Ps don’t mind the hairspray crystalization… I’m a beautician not a magician… but always a wizard lol
