Most people think lymphatic drainage is only about reducing puffiness. In reality, it does much more.

By supporting healthy lymph flow, it helps reduce fluid retention, relieve facial tension, and create the conditions for your skin to look fresher, smoother, and naturally more radiant.

That’s one of the reasons I include lymphatic drainage in so many of my treatments. Your face often doesn’t need more products. Sometimes it needs better lymph flow and less tension.

Wait… before you panic. If your face looks different after losing weight, don’t assume you suddenly need fillers🫣

When we lose weight, we also lose facial fat. That’s completely normal. But here’s what a lot of people miss: if your face is also holding onto extra fluid, it can make the loss of volume look even more dramatic.

That’s why I always say: don’t rush to “fix” your face. First, reduce the puffiness. Once the excess fluid is gone, you can actually see your natural facial structure and make decisions based on what your face really needs, not what morning swelling is showing you.

Lymphatic drainage won’t bring back lost volume, and that’s not the goal. It helps reduce temporary puffiness so your features look cleaner, more defined, and much closer to what they actually are.

Sometimes the best first step isn’t adding something. It’s simply revealing what’s already there.

Unpopular opinion: too many people think they need more volume, when what they really need is less puffiness. Agree or disagree? I’m curious where you stand.
