When was the last time you remember feeling free? When was the last time you felt whole & complete. That feeling of confidence & safety that comes from being deeply rooted and grounded within yourself?

I feel like this almost everyday. It’s not perfect, for nothing truly is, but it’s a sense of satisfaction & contentment that I return to in my present moments so that I can experience life openly and express myself freely.

It wasn’t always like this for me, I was a complete mess of self doubt coupled with self sabotaging. I would literally be terrified to make a move or share with others “the real me”.

This is what prompted me to start The Heart Detox, I was just fed up with the way I was feeling and the way I was living. It wasn’t fulfilling and I kept searching for a way to find balance and freedom, and feel whole.

I think that self acceptance is sexy. I wear my personality like a badge of honour because I am proud to be who I am. I accept all parts of myself and I can honestly say the revolution didn’t happen for me until after The Heart Detox.

I literally did my own course Heart Flow and witness new seeds in me begin to sprout and grow.

I watched my relationship with my partner and the father of my children shift from tension, blow ups and arguments to peace and loving support.

I began to unlock creativity within myself as I recognized my own divinity and sexuality. I got to know myself, without restrictions.

Self Acceptance is Sexy.

Shadow Work + The Heart Detox
The back of my book “The Heart🫀 Detox” provides framework and prompts to help you discover your authentic self. Shadow work is really coming to terms with the parts of ourselves that we have rejected 🙅🏾‍♀️ suppressed or ignored. My book makes space for all of it, and makes space for all of YOU to BE & exist without judgement, shame or ridicule.

I love how life is FULL BLOOM 🌹

I sign all my novella’s with the same line I created while deepening my connection with myself & my Creator (affectionately I refer to my Creator as the One Who Created Me). John 1:5 says “The light shines in the darkness and the darkness comprehends it not” I have always felt a deep connection to the verse and to that light.
So naturally I sign my novellas with “To the LIGHT that shines in the DARKNESS” it’s my way of acknowledging my Creators’ consistent presence, love, care, protection and devotion in my life.

At my brunch I asked everyone what SELF LOVE looks like for them? And the response above FULL BLOOM! And total magic because when I sign my novellas to the LIGHT I am also referring to mySELF too! And so I’m essence the response to my question above was… “Self love looks like you (me:)” and that was a moment of majesty that I will cherish and relish in forever!

Aiii! 💕🤗 my children inspire and trigger me everyday, every blessed day!

Haha 😂 this morning I had to hold space for frustration and for feelings of defeat. I hold space by feeling what I am feeling and NOT feeling GUILTY afterwards. This wasn’t always the case but after doing The Heart Detox enough times, I’ve learned and I’ve grown to create that space automatically (it’s my new norm:)

… then my eldest floats down the stairs like the priestess she is and says “that’s the Heart Detox mama, feeling your feelings without guilt”

She’s the editor behind my course, Heart Flow & she’s been reading my book and rewatching my videos for months. She concludes her editing experience has been “life changing because it’s impacted my thoughts” I agree with her because it’s done the same for me and I find myself going back to it when I need to realign with myself (my dreams, desires & peace).
