With the Holidays just around the corner, the pandemic this year is going to make things look a little different. Unfortunately this is the reason we have had to change our policies and have implemented mandatory credit card on file to secure appointments. We normally open at 10:00am but we always try to adjust our hours to suit clients convenience if they need outside of business hours. This means coming in earlier or staying later to accommodate scheduled appointments. Majority of our team travels from far away just for their clients, sometimes people don’t appreciate this and don’t respect the fact that each appointment is our way of making a living. No shows make it really difficult for us to grow our small business, because of this we take all appointment confirmations seriously. If you don’t confirm with our policy within 2 hours of the booking, we sadly will have to cancel it. We hope everyone can understand where we are coming from, and we sincerely appreciate and thank every client that has been supporting our business

🚨It is a hard times and we hope to see it past us soon. We the KuoQi management continue to miss you all and our second home and family at the salon. Although it has been a difficult few months for us all, we are in this together and we hope that everyone is still staying safe and healthy. While we may not be opening yet we hope that we can soon. Once we do, we have already lined up safety measures to keep you and our team safe. While we continue to follow the government’s guidelines and once given the approval to reopen we will announce as soon as possible and welcome you back to our salon.

For the meantime we have created at home care packages to bring a little relaxation and ensure that you get the pamper you deserve. For $20 the care package will include:

• Nail file
• Nail buffer
• Sugar scrub
• Cuticle oil
• Hand mask
• Feet mask

These will be available for preorders only through curb-side pickup, delivery is optional if located near the salon.
