A Little Bare Body Butters Update

After more than 10 years of whipping, blending, pouring and creating Bare Body Butters, I’ve decided it’s time for a little change.

When I started Bare Body Butters in 2014 making everything to order was perfect for my life. You needed something? You picked your scent, placed your order, and I made it just for you. And I absolutely loved it.

But life has changed. My yoga business and studio have grown, and I’m learning that I can’t do all the things the way I once did. 😉

So Bare Body Butters isn’t going away — at all!!

Instead, I’m moving away from regular made-to-order products and moving toward small-batch pop-ups.

I’ll be making limited batches of your Bare Body Butters favourites, announcing when they’re available, and bringing them along to markets, pop-ups, special events as well as some online batches!

Think of it as:

✨ Limited availability
✨ Seasonal goodies
✨ A little “grab it when you see it” magic

And yes… there will still be Soothe, Bare Bliss and some of your favourite scents along the way. I may even surprise you with something new from time to time!

Mostly, this change means I can keep making Bare Body Butters because I love making it — while also giving the time and energy I need to grow Yoga for EVERY Body.

So thank you for 12 years of supporting this little side hustle of mine. It has been such a fun part of my journey.

But rest assured..... Bare Body Butters isn’t saying goodbye. We’re just changing the way we say hello. 😊❤️

Some of the best Bare Body Butters products were never planned — they were created because someone needed them.

About five years ago, a friend of mine who loved Bare Body Butters shea butter products asked me a simple question:

“Do you make anything for sore muscles?”

At the time, I didn’t.

But she was a runner, and I wanted to create something specifically for her, so I started researching essential oils and ingredients known for soothing tired, achy muscles. After lots of experimenting, Soothe was born — a comforting blend of whipped raw shea butter with lavender, eucalyptus, marjoram, and peppermint essential oils.

She loved it.

Then I started bringing Soothe to markets… and before long, it became one of the most-loved products in the entire Bare Body Butters line. Over the years, I’ve made more tubs of Soothe than I could ever count — and hearing how many people reach for it after long work days, workouts, stress, sore shoulders, aching backs, and tired legs has honestly meant the world to me.

A few years later came the Soothe Roller Ball — a little 10ml bottle designed so you could carry that soothing comfort anywhere. Toss it in your purse, gym bag, or pocket and roll on relief whenever you need it.

As a yoga teacher teaching multiple classes a day, I quickly realized that the little rollerball disappeared fast when using it on my lower back, shoulders, and tired leg muscles. So when I found these larger 50ml bottles, I knew I had to make a bigger version for all-over soothing relief.
