One more set of keys officially handed over as my friends let go of the home that built their family ❤️

The story of how we met is so fun and the friendship that has transpired along the way is incredibly special to me.
Seeing each other in Metro all those years ago and both noting we looked similar to each other is only solidified but your oldest child making that statement about this photo 🤣 I always knew we were going to be friends 😏

Another happy set of first time home buyers 👏🏡👫

Today they got the keys to their very own home…and that is truly something to be proud of.

Getting to know these guys throughout their buying journey has been nothing short of amazing. They absolutely rocked at:

And those things really matter to me as an agent. When my clients communicate well, stay organized and trust the process, it makes such a difference in the overall transaction.

I am so incredibly happy for these two. I know they are about to make some pretty great memories in a great neighbourhood (because they’re surrounded by my family 😝), and I genuinely cannot wait to see how they make Linton Park their own.

If I were buying my first home in Quinte today, these are the things I’d focus on first. 🏡

A lot of first-time buyers spend months thinking about things like paint colors and layouts, but those decisions come later.

I’d make sure I understood the full cost of buying, get pre-approved before touring homes, choose the right neighborhood, and never skip the inspection. I’d also leave some money in the bank after closing because every home comes with a few surprises.
