Happy Halloween everyone!! 🎃👻

Over the past 10 months, I haven’t been as present behind the chair as I usually am. I went through two leg injuries that took months to heal, and while I was able to do a few clients here and there, I wasn’t able to fully show up the way I wanted to. The physical recovery was tough, but what surprised me most was how much it affected my mental health. I’ve felt disconnected, discouraged, and not like myself at times.

Taking that step back was necessary so I could focus on healing both physically and mentally. It hasn’t been easy, but I’m finally starting to feel stronger again, and with that comes the excitement of being able to pour more of my energy back into the work I love.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported me during this time whether by checking in, sitting in my chair, or simply being patient with me. Your kindness has meant so much. 🤍💗
